I hope you're wrong about the deal falling through. It certainly would be a blow to shareholders. The company would be left with one operation, in the Dominican Republic. And there would still have to be a massive project to expand to meet shareholders expectations of profits. They'd need money for that too. With Danny running the show down there, they might have a chance.
