Nope, not relevant.

Your question was about mass shootings, and how many people would die if nobody was armed.

The reasons its not relevant are

1 - Technically not relevant - By definition ass shooting involves someone with a gun.

2 - More to the point of what you really meant - Your not going to get "no one with a gun". You might as well ask what the death totals would be if angels were on every street and in every building ready to use supernatural powers to stop mass murder.

If someone is determined to kill a lot of people, they can find a way to get a gun.

---

If you really could get a no gun situation then the cops wouldn't have guns either.

Without guns the killer is likely to use bombs, and you can have high death totals that way. An obvious example being Oklahoma city but their are many others.

Without guns or normal explosives. No your even moving further in to fantasy but I'll deal with the question anyway.

The biggest mass killing in US history used aircraft. A lot more people died on 9/11 then in the Orlando attack. No guns, bombs, or aircraft? Well hand powered weapons and fire can both be quite deadly.

In the 2014 Kunming attack killed 29 (not including 4 perps who were also killed), and left 140 other wounded. It was done with knives. 50 workers were killed with knives at a Chinese coal mine in 2015. In 2001 eight children were murdered in an Osaka school by a man with a knife.

Arson attacks can easily kill many people. For example 32 people were killed when a gay bar was set on fire by an arsonist in New Orleans in 1973. And in 1980 an arsonist killed 87 people at the happy land social club in New York.
