Can someone post the closing price of zitel for the last 90 days?
I want to construct a 5 day trailing price average less 10%.
This is the price that the Cayman Islanders can redeem at.
On days when the current price is same as the conversion price.
Conversion is not done. Only on days when the spread is at least
10 % in your favor, would you convert.

Dec. 31 is last day for this reporting quarter.
Zitel will have to tell us how many bonds were converted to stock.
A huge dilution possible for shareholders.
Does not NASD have rules forbiding over 30 % dilution without exchange approval?
