The next bear will be fun listening to all of the idiots gambling and margining their money following websits that tell them what derivitives to invest in on a day to day level. Woosh it will all be gone!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hmmm. What is really interesting if you follow some other discussion groups like AMAT or UTEK is listening to all those people that have ALREADY seen a local bear market and have LOST half of their money. I read posts of the tone "AMAT went up 4x in a yr so it can't stay low forever". Us long term value investors can chuckle sitting on our 2x gain in AMAT (Bob gave some great hints to buy AMAT back in mid '96) while these fools have lost 50% of their money if they bought at the peak and thought they would see another doubling without some downside participation. Even worse, some of us only make initial individual stock investments at the 1% level so a 50% setback is no big deal other than to our egos while others bet the whole farm.

By the way I read your post a few days ago...I would think BB has already reached critical mass if he practices what he preaches.

The next bear market will eliminate 90% of the websites, 70% of the finincial magazines, and probably 90% of the newsletters.

Agreed. Btw, I have a formula on how to identify the mother of all gift horses. Please see my posting #2254.

Dipy.
