I'm guessing that it was around a 10kT ("suitcase") device, which would be enough to flatten the area around Congress and create significant damage to the White House, plus make a nogo radiation zone of around 3-4 miles in diameter around the epicenter. It's Silly Season for sure when we get the kind of behavior we've gotten the last few years from the major pieces of the US government and its patsies like the extreme left and right. The only thing we're missing from a comparison with Rome is DC burning, and maybe Hillary will manage that too. /sarc I'm still considering the Libertarian party or perhaps even NOTA too. Maybe "Daddy" could even bring back a partially gold backed dollar and even the SDR. -g-
