Morning Fishman....Management can be buyin WSP and the B.S. Sec. Com. not evan know about it. There are several tricks of the trade that can be used here. Anything from the Wife, Mistress, Barber, Bookie or Persosnal Attorney buyin on Managements behalf. To opening a discount brokerage acct. and lieing about being a director of a public company.
