There was nothing at all in his statement that suggested she ought to become the next president. He can't help if the voters are idiots. This is very similar to obamacare and Justice Roberts. Rush has been making the analogy. It all depends on what the meaning of "is" is..............or how the rules should be interpreted. She wins the legal battle. She does not win the political battle. If indicted, they never would get a conviction anyway. She would have become a martyr and the republicana would be 10X worse than under the Clinton impeachment. It's much better to end now, and give Trump the ammunition to destroy her.
