Humbly report, Jeff, there indeed is the Mala Strana side of Charles Bridge. If you start on the Stare Mesto (Old Town) side of the bridge, photocollect.com and walk across it, preferably not during the peak tourist season like this photographer did, tue.nl and take the last set of stairs on your left, tue.nl you will end up near the Mala Strana (Small Side) first arch of the bridge, tue.nl and the building on the left in the above picture, had it not been cropped off, is where they serve great hot rum, gratis for me, yours truly, Svejk (GL-15 applies: digiserve.com ;-) P.S.
