What do you mean?

<<If a foreign government had imposed this system of education on the United States, we would rightfully consider it an act of war.

Glenn T. Seaborg, National Commission on Education, 1983

That is a meaningless comment. I don't think you know what it means. That is why you post in riddles.

A foreign government did not impose our educational system., so it is a moot point.

Our educational system is not some monolithic propaganda machine. It is a product of our democracy. The people at the local level in every city in the country decide who their teachers are going to be. It doesn't get any more Democratic than that.

The teachers are hired at the local level independently at thousands of cities based on the teachers that that city wants.

Our educational system Could Not Be More Democratic.
