Obviously you have little clue, since you completely avoided the issue of the admin teacher ratio and what that means to the system. You probably also worship Common Standards and tests, dictated from "above". Nothing quite as unsane as teaching the same thing to everyone to help make a population be docile and unquestioning of things that actually matter, and just parrot back stuff on tests instead of actual learning and thinking for themselves. And as far as the system being truly Democratic, that's just plain another BS fantasy. Neither the populace in the district nor the taxpayers get to choose the teachers or administrators.
