NJI, actually I'm not defending what CEO Bob Gruder says at all. I was shocked like everyone else after hearing the "3Q break-even" statement in person and then, only a few weeks later, learning of the Reg S. I was merely trying to state my opinion that "unbridled confidence and enthusiasm", a trait of many successful entrepreneurs -- and the stuff that got companies and investors interested in ALYD when they were only a story -- at this stage of the game is actually counter-productive. I am sure Bob has been told countless times that he needs to assume a much more conservative posture, especially as regards earnings estimates, and I am confident he will learn how to play the flesh-pressing corporate stuffed-shirt role very well in time. If not, I'm sure he will hear about it on this thread (gg). - Jeff
