As understand it, she only accepted the 'invitation' to testify to the FBI at the condition, that there would be no transcript or video of the procedure. AND.............it was NOT under oath. DUH DUH DUH "Madam Secretary, say anything that you want to say. Lies do not matter if you are not under oath. BTW, NOBODY else in the entire world got this special treatment. REMEMBER IT!
