the only thing that kept me from giving him the other half star
in the review is, his intelligence is barely above average and he's
a tiny bit goofy. maybe it's the pot? ;-)

he and jill stein should definitely be in the televised debates
with clinton and trump. they ARE legitimate candidates for the
office. personally, i would choose jill over gary. she's a lot smarter
and probably more organizationally savvy for effecting change.

My gut feel is that if Trump maintains his policy positions, he is going to lose the election to Hillary - even though she is a warmonger and represents the epitomie of the status quo. I say this because he will lose the vast majority of the immigrant and Hispanic vote. Trump has done irreparable damage in his racist comments towards Muslims and that Mexican judge. Minorities of all shapes and colors have taken notice.

We had a Green Party, radical liberal candidate who ran against Cuomo for governor in the Democratic Primary and she won over 35% of the vote. I never knew she was running or I would've voted for her.

Most people think NYC is the liberal part of NY. That's not true at all. Ms. Teachout, the radical liberal and green candidate got the vast majority of her votes in Upstate NY. She didn't win any counties or districts in NYC. We never knew she was even running for governor.

She lost 60% to 35% without any support from the NYC area. She plans on running again in 2018.

Lots of people will take notice next time.

"Ms. Teachout carried counties in large portions of New York, from the Canadian border to New York City’s northern suburbs. She and Mr. Wu, who were endorsed by one of the major unions of state workers, also ran away with the race in Albany County and much of the capital region."

"Sounding jubilant, Ms. Teachout gave what sounded like a victory speech. “I will not be your next governor, but the Democrats of this state have been heard,” she told supporters jammed into a nightclub in Manhattan."
