Tim, if you mean do I find the channel #daytraders useful, the answer is yes. I monitor it daily for intraday ideas. In effect, you have 200 to 300+ who are doing the same thing I do, and provide eyes and ears for stocks making moves. In fact, I keep the channel on during market hours on a separate computer I also use for placing orders. You have to learn to sift the hype from the real gems, but it is a useful tool. Glad I could be of help. PS. The "undernet" is simply a network of computers handling the different channels found there. I connect to it through the new Brunswick , NJ server, but many of the users on #daytraders use Springfield, MO. One tries to find a connection where the "lag" in receiving and posting messages is minimal. Pete
