Isn't it obvious? Obama is grinning because the plan is coming together. Obama's Negro Army is fanning out and taking positions. Obviously they are under orders to claim they are working alone. But by attacking police, they will cause panic and a breakdown in social order. Then they can don their uniforms and start rounding up the people on their lists, confiscating guns as they go, so that more Negros can be armed. Those rounded up will be herded into the FEMA camps that have been secretly set up. They also have orders to round up anyone with a pro-Trump cap or t-shirt. If those people aren't on the lists, they should be.
