The whole concept that without demand, production is meaningless, for example. Likewise, the idea that consumers need to have money before they can buy anything. He seems to be of the opinion that money sort of appears in consumers pockets and demand is some nebulous concept that can't and shouldn't be explained.

Yep. Just set up a buggy whip factory and you will be all set. Being the only producer means you can demand monopoly pricing. But, if that doesn't work, just cut prices. Because, you know, production is all that counts. Demand will materialize because it is a function of production. Increase production and you increase demand...

Somehow.
