<<I believe some time ago this board determined that their average rate was $150 doesnt seem high to me. Mine was $350 6 years ago!!>>

I would seriously doubt those types of average rates in the SI segment that TOPRO is competing in. Rates range (in general) from $55 to $150, with the lower rates for control system programming and the higher rates for plant-level information systems design, consulting, etc.

The control system integrators are in a completely different rate structure than the Big 6-ers - there is no comparison...

Just wanted to clarify that, so everyone is drawing from an accurate base of information. I, for one, am bullish on TPRO, with the caveat that they need to also focus on their core SI business in addition to the Y2K issues...because, as we all know, someday it will be January 1st, 2000, and we'll have new issues and problems to deal with! I would like to see the core integration practice grow and be profitable, as well.

What's the general thinking on timing for Y2K revenues? When is the tail-off expected? Full bore right up until December 31st, 1999? That's my expectation...plus considerable "patching" done after the damage hits systems that weren't properly remediated...

Best regards,

Rick
