Has there not been doubt about Rockwell cheapchips since the beginning of the saga? Has anything happened to remove that doubt? Why did the K56Flex consortium fall apart? Motorola is trying to dump their modem division, which utilized Rockwell chipsets. Lucent, their purported partner, (yeah, right) used a different design with more memory (as did TI/USR). Zoom can't sustan a rally, another Rockwell OEM. Same for BOCI. Anecdotal, but..........
