Interesting article in the LA Times yesterday that noted Standard & Poor's Sector Strategist thinks Cisco should be a "core holding" in a portfolio. Also, Lehman's U.S. Market Strategist says that tech stocks are "the premier growth stocks of this business cycle". I like the smaller tech companies myself, but a lot of things look undervalued now>.

Internetworking market may be sluggish, but the article you cited certainly thinks well of CSCO:
