Even with hindsight, there was nothing that would have given warning. The only thing I can put my finger on is some industry news about the network PC being the next wave of corporate computer architecture. I don't think network PCs were in Micron's line of computers.

The stock action is no worse than JBIL's. However, in this case the reason for the sell off is real whereas in JBIL's case, it was a perception problem combined with being a momentum stock.

In any even, by the time one can get out of a stock with this kind of problem, the damage has been done. I would be more concerned if it was some other industry where the problem was with market share and dividing up a limited customer list. I might as well hang on. I don't need any more tax losses.
