Hi Lazarus, if you don't mind my asking I was just wondering what are some typical ways you source ideas. You have turned up a fair number of gems here and I was just curious how you are doing it. Oftentimes the companies are small enough there are missing this or that critical datapoint that would cause them to be turned up by a screener (which of course is the beauty/ inefficiency). I've been overly reliant on screeners and am trying to get out of that rut. Thanks in advance. Graham

Also as relates to regional banks, have you looked at any of these if and if so why did you eliminate (there are just banks I turned up on a comps for TBNC so I haven't reviewed them in detail): EMYB FDBC MVLY SMBK
