Alan: It's on the 'misc.invest.canada' newsgroup, not the S.I. Don't know if that helps. This newsgroup is carried on the Ottawa FreeNet, but perhaps your service provider doesn't carry it. I have no way of transferring the post to this thread. But it sure is interesting.

Alan: I can't repost the article, but it's a reprint of an article that is apparently in The Wall Street Journal. Dennis Fiddle (dfiddle@mn.uswest.net) originally posted it, and it was reposted by Andrei (andreid@montrealnet.net) to the misc.invest.canada newsgroup. If you send an e-mail to Dennis or Andrei, I would think they could send you a copy. Hope this helps. Cesar Puspos looks to be the brains behind the Bre-X fraud, according to the article.
