I have to say I am with Spek on China. Their debt situation is rapidly getting out of hand and if I understand correctly their banks will need to be recapitalized significantly. Kyle Bass lays out the bearish thesis on China extremely well and had an investor letter out that explained the situation well.

I think in the long run, you are correct as there will be significant growth in China however in the short to intermediate term the debt situation looks much worse than ours did in 2007/2008. Kyle Bass insists its 3 to 4 times worse.

As far as positions go, I am continuing to build a cash position. I have sold some of my holdings during the recent rally and am waiting for some value to show itself. I am continuing to hold onto gold and silver miners, specifically EGO, GG, PAAS, and the silver etf SLV.
