Wow, I see something like 20 posts addressed to me today, 18 out of 20 contain at least some personal attacks or accusations. Then I am totally confused about this TPRO. OK, I always have the impression that TPRO claimed that they are into code remediation for embedded systems. The messages I got back in general are 1) No, they are just factory integrators, not code remediation *** 2) they never claimed or hyped that their primary business is in Y2K, *** 3) people seem to believe in Jaeger and Yardeni because they are mainframe experts.

(*** As Cheryl pointed it out, they are in alliance with PacifiCorp to do the marketting for automation solution to utility companies - it seems to me like TPRO is taking the role of marketting. Somebody else also pointed it out that the CEO Jenkins has stated they still have a lot to learn about the utility industry).

So my conclusions are:
- I don't know enough about this TPRO to make a case about it. May be the company itself is not guilty of hyping but the people on this board are. I saw posts flying left and right on the Boeing (BA), Citrix (CTXS), Sandisk (SNDK), and few others I forgot, about TPRO getting into the Y2K code remediation for embedded systems. If that's not true, then I have nothing more to say.
- I said that code remediation in embedded systems, if there are any needs, is next to impossible. I tried to give a few technical explanations but the messages I got back are that I tried to bluff people to scare them, so I also rest my case on this technical aspect.
- I am accused of having a motive even though I already stated that I have absolutly no interest in this stock, and it's only the hypes from this board that bother me. It's very clear to me that a lot of people on this board are trying to hype this stock (that it will go to 20 - LOL) on the premise that this company will do code remediation for all the embedded systems in trouble. I also read through some messages that some folks seem to put all their life savings into this stock for a get-rich-quick scheme. I hope those folks will come back to their sense. It's OK to invest in this stock with your play money but not your life savings. This stock is clearly hyped - I said stocks, not company - that's the main message I tried to convey.
- It's clear also that the majority if not all, wished me to go away, and nobody believes that any of my statements has any substance. For that, I will leave you guys/gals alone as I have better things to do in life. Like I said, it's your money, not mine. I may come from time to time if I get bothered too much by the hype, but most of the part, I won't waste more of my time here. I am not running away though, if any of you have more issues, feel free to e-mail to me.

For that, I wish all of you a Happy New Year. I cannot wish you all a Prosperous New Year, just hope that you don't get burned.

JDN--- I am terribly long on TPRO and still have some confidence. Three things are to happen in Jan and all should be positive. First the MNS listing, TPRO has no control over the timing but if/when it happens the price should pop a little. Second, earnings should at least be on the plus side. Even .01 will be enough to see more activity. Third, the stockholder meeting at the end of the month. Jenkins and crew will want to bask in the limelight of the great job they did and have some positive news and that will also increase activity. Activity = volume and that should push the share price into double digits easily. Because I am long I am also positive on this stock but if either of the last two things do not happen all confidence and all stock will be gone. If that should happen I will have a large short position. I hope if serious shorting thoughts happen the same thing hapens the last time I thought of shorting happens ie the price rises so I can bail on the upside, but I will bail then. If it were not for trading this would have been dead money for months. Dead money is the same as a loss as even a money market would pay over 5%. Had TPRO not been traded this year the dead money would have adversly effected my performance--- the trading made a nice positive effect. I am not married to this or any other issue--- it either makes a buck (long or short) or it is gone.

Have all been watching the Y2K recently--- they are going up,,,EVEN ZITL. Is TPRO a Y2K issue to the investment world?????? If even a consideration would it not move with the sector??????????
