The new cold temp device is approved and selling in EU:

Email from Matt Beck, this will improve ease of use and efficacy and sales IMO

His EMAIL RESPONSE:
1. Is the USA / NDA based on the new cold chain dispenser device, with 7 days out of fridge ? It will be same as EU 72 hour excursion

2. When is the new device cold chain coming on board in EU, 2016 ? New cold chain device is approved and being sold in Europe. Same label as above (18 mo shelf life with 72 hr excursion)

3. What is the strategy to avoid a reverse split, would Denner and Aspire really support a rev. split ? à All strategies are on the table. Apricus will not be delisted from the NASDAQ based on price.

4. Efficacy does not have to be proven, Are the safety studies on Vitaros available ? à These studies are not currently publicly available.

5. How's the partner consolidation going ? à It’s ongoing. Apricus will act on opportunities to consolidate as they present.

6. Will Mexico approve in 2016 ? à Apricus is committed to bringing on numerous countries before mid 2017, which will likely include Mexico. Apricus has not committed to any specific timelines other than mid 2017.

Short interest for the two week period ending June 30, and covering June 23, the 6M share day, are out. Short interest climbed about 58K shares, from 2.48M to 2.54M. No apparent covering and little apparent shorting. So if anyone has any insights on these numbers or what really happened on June 23, you have the floor.
