I think the Warmists have begun to damage their own case with the serial attempts to stifle those who disagree with their version of the science. From the minute Michael Mann was called out on all the problems with his "hockey stick" claim by Steve McIntyre and Ross McKitrick the battle was on. While they disproved Mann's work from start to finish, an extremely well-written book on the subject, "The Hockey Stick Illusion" is, I think, easily the most comprehensive takedown of Mann and his so-called "Hockey Team." They had no choice but to fight back and now it is all out political and religious war. They're losing battle after battle, but still winning where it counts -- getting tax dollars out of Congress.
