Thanks Rosie, that's actually a Monarda (Bee Balm), not a Dahlia. They have a bad habit of mildewing, but the flowers are great.

...about that blind sucker punch ambush from alex MG last night
which also included you, (i assume for associating with and
talking to me -- so, so sorry amiga)... i feel it's important to warn
ALL of my friends on SI that lepolvassociation can lead to collateral
damages when i sometimes push the buttons of both amateur and
professional insult writers and evil spell casters.

sioux pal, wharf rat and now you, abuelita have all been
subject to collateral damage in some of the threads i frequent
on SI.

i'm just warnin' ya one more time, lepolvassociation can be
hazardous to the health of yer psyche. i'm a reckless button
pusher from waaaaay back and you never know where the
shrapnel will fly.
