yes they mention Rockwell, they state:

"Within the quarter alone Orckit has announced two agreements (Rockwell and Siemens) for core xDSL technology (HDSL2 and VDSL). Until November, it was difficult to value this core technology; however now that TI has offered a total of $395 million for Amati there is a benchmark for the value of xDSL expertise that is quite high."

they also mention Orckit winning tenders at France Telecom, Telecom italia, and PTTs in China.

They reiterated "strong buy" on the stock. Also report from Montgomery reiterated "buy" which came out December 15.

Interestingly, Gilder's Technology Report for December went into great depth regarding the potential for xDSL in the market place and how that this technology will explode in the coming few years mentioning Westell, Amati, Texas Instruments but not a word on Orckit. I've e-mailed Gilder to find out why given that Orckit's technology is an "advancement" over Amati's and competes well with Alcatel on the ADSL (Alcatel has attacked ADSL relative to ATMs whereas Orckit has approached ADSL from the TCP/IP route - but Alacatel's ADSL can only be used with Alcatel's modems - thus Rockwell agreement which looks to standardize Orckit's ADSL over Rockwell based modems).
