Artie from what i understand is that the money will be removed daily. you made some great points about how the money is issued . The machine only holds Bolivars .The way i understand it is that the payout is in dollars and it comes from the vendor .The machine keeps complete records that are checked at any time from a phone line. There is now way for the owner of the store to get inside the machines to calculate how much he could steal. If money is stolen i would also think that the indivdual store owner would have some kind of damage insuarance ???
