The Clintons show it because they know you can't figure it out. Accountants like inode can see right though it. It's likely tailored to what they think they can get say with. notice, they emphasize what hey pay rather than what they skate on.

Trump's return is being audited. If there is anything that shouldn't be there, it will be caught.

The Clintons know damned well no one is going to do an audit of their tax returns. Anything goes. And clearly, they have pushed the limits. This travel expense is troubling. It is fine to spend a lot of money on travel, but the taxpayers should not be paying for opulent living expenses.
