Just to blow your mind, I rechecked something and found 6.7% of the population of my zip code are CHL holders. That is counting the entire population. I looked up the population stats and pulled out the estimated number of people age 18 or less. That raises the percent of CHL holders to 9.4% of adults over 18.

Though I've never noticed anyone carrying, it's pretty much impossible to go anywhere here without being surrounded by gun carrying citizens. Statistically this zip code has a relatively low crime rate. The total crime rate index is 31, where 100 is the national average.
