Bentway, that's not my only basis for calling it a money-laundering scheme.

When Raj Fernando, a high-speed stock trader by profession, donated millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation, he was rewarded a seat on the State Department's International Security Advisory Board, despite having absolutely no relevant experience. Only after the media found out two days later did he resign from that position.

Now why would a charity organization be involved in "pay-to-play"?
