Forgive me for butting in here. The most likely reason you did not receive the letter is that the brokerage house which holds your securities (in street name) did not forward it to you when they received it from DCTC. If you would like, I can fax a copy to you.

Dear Eric:
That is a problem. When shareholders move their shares into
streetname it is difficult to get all the names,that is why
we ask our shareholders to sign onto our website or call Craig,
in investor relations at the office.

When I registered on the website I received the letter in less than a week. The company seems very responsive to their shareholders, and we sure appreciate that (having been through too many experiences in the past where management simply ignored my requests and questions).
