AT THIS DATE, CUTS HAVE NO IMPACT ON 4Q RESULTS, AND OUR MODELS ALREADY ASSUMED SIMILAR MAGNITUDE CUTS AT THE END OF JANUARY. THE KEY NEWS IS THE TIMING OF THE CUTS. IT UNDERLINES A MORE COMPETITIVE PRICING ENVIRONMENT AND THAT, TO A DEGREE, PRICING LEVERAGE HAS SHIFTED FROM SELLERS TO BUYERS.
