Actually, it is. Still, it is something he never has been able to accomplish yet. So kudos for Trump. Hopefully there won't be any big shootouts in Cleveland, that would hurt Trump a lot. Sadly, the Democratic convention is next week. Hillary should get a boost in the polls just as Trump is and will get a boost in the polls this week because of the Republican convention. Candidates always do well during their convention week. What is important is where the polls are starting in mid-August. Trump has a major problem in that he is under performing Mittens in all demographics, including white males without a college degree, which is his strongest demographic. In case you have forgotten, Mittens lost. OTOH, Hillary is out performing Obama in almost every demographic. Given that the demographics that Trump is doing well with are smaller than they were in 2012, that spells trouble if he cannot out perform Mittens. By a lot.
