Someone mentioned that 95% of Cymer's sales are from Asia. This is a misreading of the data. Asia, i.e., Canon and Nikon, act as "middlemen" for Cymer's systems. The lasers are configured and sold around the world, the least of which is Asia. It doesn't matter who acts as the "middleman" for Cymer's lasers. ASMLF or SVGI also act as middlemen for the lasers. If Canon and Nikon can not fill the demand, the demand as "middlemen", the demand is picked up by ASMLF, which, I'm told, has been happening to some degree.
