Mike,

It is my understanding that drilling has been very difficult and therefore
slow. Much slower than we even anticipated. Apparently one of the
drill's is also down and they may actually lower the number of drills
on the property in the new year. This would be done if they focus
on a particular zone to prove up. It would also lower costs quite
a bit which would lower the overall burn rate. However, we agree
with you that there should of been a lot more holes drilled. In
defense of ANZ I believe they are doing their best. They like the
rest of us would like to see their stock price up so I would think
they would be drilling as fast as possible. It is not so much the
total number of holes but rather how many holes are actually bringing
up significant results in their target area's. I must admit it would be
much better if it were in the 150 range. Soon I suppose.
