Ooops! I initially heard the shooting was in Berlin. It was actually in Munich, a city I’ve also spent time in. I hope I’m not being a seer!
Peace & good health,
Bulba

7/29/16 Contest update
MCRB shareholders and Donald Trump were mercilessly dumped on this week but Contest portfolios were mercifully little impacted. My apologies in advance. ;-)
Meanwhile, at Friday’s close, the Contest median continued to underperform being down -24.28% YTD (vs. down -26.02% YTD a week ago), the Nasdaq Biotech Index (NBI) was down -14.46% YTD (vs. down -17.03% YTD a week ago), while the smaller-cap S&P Biotechnology Select Industry Index (SPSIBI) was down -11.62% YTD (vs. down -15.62% YTD a week ago). The Nasdaq Composite Index (NCI) was up 3.09% YTD (vs. up 1.85% YTD a week ago).
DNAJOE’s portfolio, up 13.84% YTD, regained first place, with MASTER’s portfolio, up 7.66% YTD, dropping to second place after taking a hit from DMPI. GENE’s portfolio, held on to third place with a 4.98% YTD gain.
At Friday’s close, 54 of the 58 Contest portfolios were in the red, with only 11 beating the NBI and a just 9 beating the SPSIBI. The 223 Contest stock picks had an average YTD loss of -18.77% and a median YTD loss of -23.05%, with 51 of the 223 Contest portfolio stocks up for the year.
Below is the Top Ten list. Also below are the Top 5 & Bottom 5 Stocks for the week, ranked by % Gained and % Lost. (Prices not converted to US$ in these Tables.)
Portfolio adjustments: None
(All corrections, especially adjustments for splits, greatly appreciated.)
Enjoy a safe & fun weekend biotechies.
Peace & good health,
Bulba
