Your Comment " I listen to analysts and read forums
like this to help me make my investment decisions. "

You just listened to the wrong analysts and read the wrong peoples
posts on this forum when you bought :-]

Your comment "I'm a stupid investor". That will only hold true
if you continue to make the same mistakes over and over again .

Its so easy to buy a stock when its going up and everyone loves it
, on the other side its difficult to hold or purchase more of a stock when it gets the crap beat out of it and its out of favor.

Will I sell if it goes up....probably not! Why? I'm a stupid investor....I listen to analysts and read forums like this to help me make my investment decisions.

That's funny! However, even on this forum there are diverse opinions.

Don't fall in love with the stock and don't fall in the trap of seeing only what you wish to see, and you'll do quite well.

Happy New Year. May the new year bring you lots of gains and lots and lots of knowledge.

Dipy.

Sigh!!!! And so, we end the year with a loss of 26% or so!

To put things in perspective, the summer rally took the stock to a gain of 75%!!

"Buy and Hold" might work with perennial growth stocks like JNJ. It is not a smart strategy when dealing with deep cyclicals like GM and... LSI.

Happy New Year to all!
