Dear SORROWS, we will see if I make my 50% to 80% or not. Reg. S. - yeah, I bet Gruder would be the guy to call if anyone wanted to do a Reg. S. After all, he has so much experience with them. Nothin' like an offering that allows the holder to sell shares without even having to register them. Yup, Gruders the man for that job. your comments regarding Reg.
