It wasn't even close because the FBI director made the decision to let her walk. Had he held her to the legal standard others are held to, she would have been finished already. And the reason she is currently behind in the race is because people know she committed crimes and got away with it. Comey disappointed a lot of people who believed he would do the right Thing. Looks like Julian Assange s picking up the mantle.
