Right. That was the civil suit that was filed 2 weeks before Bush left office so was left for Obama. There was an earlier criminal suit that was filed by the Bush DOJ and later dropped. You keep ignoring that one. I suppose because it doesn't show what you want it to show. Needless to say, dropping the criminal case severely weakened the civil suit. In addition, there have been not one, but two investigations into the decision to drop the cases. Per usual with wingnut complaints, nothing additional was found. Per usual, you are wrong on this. You never learn, do you? I understand that you want to believe, facts be damned.
