Thank you for those two links. Unfortunately, I don't see anything in either one that confirms your claim. I did notice that the 2010 cbs story pointed to a "Media Matters" report, which provided no evidence to support your claim. I also noticed that a subsequent Fox News article described the actual evidence in the case which suggested, at least after Obama took office, there was sufficient evidence to have moved forward in the form of voter testimony.
