The OS market is NOT saturated by any means. NTS is making inroads into almost every corporation out there. The fun is about to begin in 1998. Beyond NT, there is Windows 98. With sales of PC's expected to climb every year and well past the new millinium, workstation O/S are going to take of.

Database market is saturated and that is why you are seeing the blood on IFMX, ORCL and Sybase. MSFT is slowly gaining ground and it won't be long before they have over 80% market share in small and medium size business's.
