as Moonray has been holding an $85 price target for a few weeks.

Oh, I see where the confusion is coming from.
I post P&F charts when AAPL has moved sufficiently, according to P&F rules.
Charts such as Message 30664333 are not produced by me.
I do a little red line enhancement to the chart but some lines are already there.
So anyway, the $84 objective was not mine and I gave a P&F explanation here: Message 30505115
