DT... I'm not sure what error code 373 means. But, if you getting it when updating MS dir's you may have a problem with the depth of the dir. IOW's, if "C:\ms\data" is your update dir and you have multiple dir's under that path, you will get an error code. The Fix, point the MS update program to each dir like this: C:\ms\data\msd0000, C:\ms\data\msd0001, etc.
