Tom I was looking at the worst possible case.

I expect this Q to be below $9M revenue (read the last 10Q where they talk about IOM and Rockwell still making up 25% of Revenue but finishing up this Q). With my Worst case analysis I was trying to see if IMPX could survive another bad year. As far as I am concerned there is no chance of Ch11 in 98 however there is a good chance of IMPX seeing $2. So buying at 11/16 you can get a 3 baggers in 98.

The only way a take-over makes sense to me is if LinFinity is spun out of SYMM. I would see it happening as an IPO of LinFinity with a stock swap buy-out of IMPX.

%% of non-Iomega sales is climbing, replacing decline in Iomega
decline. I look for 1st Q rev decline, but the co. has been holding
the line on costs very well. I expect growth starting is 2nd Q,
and better improvement through the year.
