Yet another research firm, Dataquest, predicts part of the boom will come as companies move faxing to the Internet. Dataquest says the number of pages faxed via the Internet will grow from today's 44 million to 5.6 billion fax pages by 2000.

Interesting article, George. Really underscores what I continue to hear from numerous other sources -- that telecommunications is the coming wave in terms of new businesses. This article predicts that Internet faxing will be one of the driving forces in new telecom developments. I like that!
