Planned Parenthood’s Public Enemy #1, David Daleiden, Cleared of All Charges by the DA Posted at 12:00 pm on July 26, 2016 by Brandon Morse The man behind the undercover sting videos that exposed Planned Parenthood's baby parts for profit scheme, David Daleiden, was indicted on sham charges of attempting to purchase baby parts from Planned Parenthood. These charges are viewed by many as a smoke screen to pull attention away from Planned Parenthood, and cast shade on Daleiden. But now, Daleiden has been cleared of all charges by the Harris County DA. This after a Harris county judge completely dismissed the case against Daleiden. This is a logical conclusion, seeing as how Daleiden and his associates followed the law when creating these videos. It should also be noted that the DA who filed these charges against Daleiden was working with Planned Parenthood to discredit and hopefully, end Daleiden's career. From LifeNews.com: Daleiden posted bail in response to what his attorneys and pro-life groups explain are bogus charges related to his undercover investigation and exposure of the Planned Parenthood abortion business selling the body parts of aborted babies. Dozens of pro-life advocates turned out to support him. He turned down a plea deal and Daleiden’s attorneys and supporters countered that Harris County District Attorney Devon Anderson is biased because of her association with an attorney for an abortion practitioner. Last month, LifeNews chronicled the explosive new evidence showing the Houston district attorney behind the bogus charges against pro-life advocate David Daleiden colluded with attorneys for Planned Parenthood. According to attorney for Daleiden, District Attorney Devon Anderson shared confidential information with the abortion business, which she was supposed to be investigating for running afoul of state laws prohibiting the purchase or sale of body parts form aborted babies. Yet, in recent court filings by the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast’s attorney Josh Schaffer admitted in a sworn declaration that the Harris County DA’s office shared evidence with Planned Parenthood. That occurred even after the Texas Attorney General’s office had forbidden Anderson’s office from doing so. The declaration was included as part of the DA office’s response to David Daleiden’s motion to quash the indictment against him, alleging prosecutorial misconduct. The dirty dealings and attempts to stop Daleiden go further, and is covered at length by LifeNews. This goes to show how desperate the abortion industry is to make sure their scam goes uninhibited. Planned Parenthood itself is a money making, political goliath with financial dealings exclusively with the Democratic party. It's so infected our political system, that even law and order are compromised in order to protect it. It's a large machine that Daleiden threw a wrench into, and from the perspective of the abortion industry, and their political allies, it can't be tolerated. Remember I live in perhaps the reddest state. If any Republicans needs my vote to carry TX they're gonna lose the other 49 states for sure. I find that satisfactory.

More about the Supreme Court justice argument .... Trump is a candidate that wouldn't propose cutting off funding for PP even during the primaries because of "all the good work they do." He's married to a woman who admires Michelle Obama. Has a daughter who's a good friend of Chelsea Clinton and whose speech to the RNC could have been given by Hillary Clinton herself - everything she called for (federal monitoring of salaries over the mythical wage gay and federal funding of child care) is a Hillary position. The entire Trump family all has liberal Democratic friends and have all their lives ... they think alike, it's soaked into them by osmosis. There isn't a chance in hell Donald Trump would ever nominate a justice who'd endanger Roe or anything else liberal's cherish. Should he accidentally get elected, Donald intends to tell conservatives a lie that he would've liked to nominate conservative justices but I just wouldn't be able to get them confirmed. The Senate is almost certain to turn Democrat giving him a perfect cover.
