Oddly enough, the number of food stamp recipients went up after the Bush Recession, although it never doubled. And it has gone down as things recovered. You know, what it is supposed to do. I know that confuses you, but you seem to confuse easily. And yes, Hillary talked about super predators back in the 90s. Everybody did back then. Bed wetters like yourself were very concerned about crime. Wingnut talking heads almost had a collective stroke during those years.
